Evans’ leadership team has an average of 20+ years in the logistics industry. They have worked with customers from many industries and bring a diverse skillset to the team. Our leadership team carries an innovative and entrepreneurial spirit to every role. We strive to think creatively to find a solution for every customer challenge.

John A. Evans is the President & Chief Executive Officer at Evans Distribution Systems and represents the 4th generation ownership.

Leslie Ajlouny is the Chief Marketing Officer at Evans Distribution Systems. She is responsible for business development and customer relations.

Patrick LaFave is the Chief Financial Officer at Evans Distribution Systems. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the company.

Stephen Ruch is the Vice President of Warehousing for Evans Distribution Systems. In his role, he oversees and manages the daily operations at six warehousing facilities.

Anthony Trocki is the Vice President of Transportation for Evans Distribution Systems. In his role, he oversees and manages the asset-based and non-asset-based transportation services.

Patrick Swaney is the Vice President of Human Resources for Evans Distribution Systems. In his role, Swaney oversees all aspects of human capital management and outsourced staffing solutions.

Dawn Harthun is the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Evans Distribution Systems. Harthun is responsible for understanding the marketplace and developing new and existing business which meets Evans’ corporate revenue and profitability objectives.

Michael Franklin is the Director of Information Technology for Evans Distribution Systems. Franklin drives new technology ideas, and develops infrastructure to keep Evans’ operations efficient. He oversees infrastructure and applications.

Morgan Zenner is the Director of Marketing for Evans Distribution Systems. In her role, she oversees external and internal communications and marketing strategy.

Leslie Delekta is the Director of Customer Solutions for Evans Distribution Systems. In her role, Delekta manages all customer solutions including new business development and existing customer accounts.

Rich Huziak is the Senior Manager of Warehouse Operations for Evans Distribution Systems. In his role, he is responsible for daily warehouse activities and workflow for four facilities.

Justin Archibald is the Senior Operations Manager within the warehousing division of Evans Distribution Systems. Archibald oversees daily operations of four warehouse facilities including customer service, warehouse personnel, operational efficiency, and building management.

Rusty Haworth is the Senior Operations Manager within the warehousing division of Evans Distribution Systems. Rusty oversees daily operations of three warehouse facilities. In his role, he is responsible for the daily warehouse activities and workflow.

Karen Toth is the Stellantis Account Manager at Evans Distribution Systems. In her role, she manages all of the Stellantis warehousing business for Evans including onboarding, customer relations, and account management. Toth has held several key roles in operations and quality systems.

Doug Ashley is the Quality Systems Manager at Evans Distribution Systems. Ashley oversees quality for all divisions, implements process improvements and drives continuous improvement initiatives. He is also responsible for conducting internal audits in compliance with Evans’ ISO 9001:2015 certification.
