Wave Picking

Wave picking is the method of order fulfillment in which a group of orders, or a “wave,” is selected and picked at the same time rather than picking individual orders one at a time. Orders are grouped based on criteria such as shipping destination, customer priority, or product type, and then picked together in a single batch. The picked items are then packaged and prepared for shipment.
